No. You can start with one workflow - quoting, compliance, or crew readiness - and keep your current setup running for the rest. Foxspec is designed to reduce ceremony first, not force a big-bang migration on day one.
Start with the company plan, which already includes the owner seat, then add Staff, Professional, or Business seats for the rest of the team as needed. Tender extraction stays usage-based, so only businesses pricing tender PDF sets pay for credits.
Licences, insurance, training records, safe work procedures, job evidence, signatures, certificates, and compliance packs. Foxspec keeps the operational paperwork connected to the job so you are not hunting across inboxes, phones, and shared drives when someone asks for proof.
The workflows for tiling, fencing, roofing, electrical, and plumbing are being shaped for New Zealand operators too. Foxspec is trade-aware, so safe work procedures, compliance records, and material trackers are not treated like they are the same in every trade.
